Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to clients’ needs and present proposals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying growth opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
