    Why it matters

An unanswered call is a customer lost

Small businesses miss calls exactly when they’re busiest: with a customer, on a job, or closed for the night. And most callers don’t wait.

    78%

of consumers have abandoned a business after an unanswered call.

    82%

say they’ll call a competitor if you don’t answer.

    04

    Takes proper messages

Name, number, reason and urgency, sent to you as a short summary by WhatsApp, text or email the moment the call ends.

    05

    Transfers urgent calls

Emergencies, VIPs and anyone who asks for a person are put through to you or your on-call number with a quick briefing.

    06

Texts while they’re on the line

Confirmations, directions, forms and payment links go out by text or WhatsApp before the caller hangs up.

    07

    Speaks their language

English, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish and many more, switching when the caller does. We test every language with you first.

    08

    Qualifies new leads

Asks your qualifying questions, flags the hot ones and logs every lead in HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel or a simple Google Sheet.

    09

    Every call logged, spam screened

Recordings, transcripts and outcomes in one place, with robocalls and sales pitches filtered out before they reach you.

    Getting started

Live on your phone line, without the hassle

You tell us how your business runs. We do the rest, and you hear it before any customer does.

    STEP 01

    Free strategy call

We go through how your calls work today and agree what the AI handles and what it always passes to you.

    STEP 02

    We build and train it

Your services, prices, hours, FAQs and rules go into its knowledge. We connect your calendar, CRM and phone.

    STEP 03

    Test calls with you

You call it, try to trip it up and listen to the recordings. We tune it until you’re happy.

    STEP 04

    Go live and improve

Forward your number and you’re live. Every month we review calls and keep improving it.

    Trust & control

    Your callers, your rules

A receptionist represents your business. We set it up to be honest, careful and easy to overrule.

    Honest from hello

It says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every call and offers a person. EU law requires this from August 2026, and so do several US states.

    A person whenever it matters

Callers can ask for a human at any time. Emergencies and VIPs come straight to you, with a briefing.

    Recording done right

A recording notice plays on every call, which covers the US states where everyone on the call must consent.

    Answers from your information

If a question isn’t covered, it takes a message and flags the gap so we can add the answer.

    Careful with health data

For clinics we build on vendors that sign Business Associate Agreements and keep only what’s needed.

    Yours to keep

Your number, recordings and call data stay yours. If you leave, you take them with you.

    FAQ

    Answers to your questions

Not sure if it fits your business? That’s what the free 30-minute call is for.

How much does an AI receptionist cost?

Our plans start at $149 a month with 300 minutes included, plus a one-time setup from $490. For comparison, US receptionists’ median pay is $38,010 a year (BLS, May 2025), and human answering services such as Ruby charge $250 to $1,725 a month for 50 to 500 minutes.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes. It introduces itself as your AI assistant and offers a person at any time. AI systems in the EU must disclose this from August 2026, several US states require it too, and callers trust a receptionist that’s upfront.

    Does it sound robotic?

No. Today’s real-time voice models speak naturally, let callers interrupt and reply about as quickly as a person. You choose the voice and listen to test calls before it goes live.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your calls forward to the AI all the time, only after hours, or only when nobody picks up. Nothing changes for your customers.

Can it book appointments in my software?

It books directly into Google Calendar, Outlook and Cal.com, and into booking, CRM and field-service tools that have an API, such as Square, HubSpot or Jobber. With Calendly it texts your booking link. We confirm your exact setup on the strategy call.

What happens with angry, complicated or emergency calls?

You set the rules. Anyone who asks for a person, sounds upset or has an emergency is put through to you or your on-call number with a short briefing. If nobody is free, it takes a detailed message and flags it as urgent.

Does it speak Urdu, Arabic or Spanish?

Yes. The voice models we use cover Urdu, Arabic, Spanish and dozens of other languages, and can switch when the caller does. We test each language with you before launch, including Urdu and English mixed in one sentence.

    Is it HIPAA compliant?

No AI product is “HIPAA certified”; it depends on how it’s set up. For clinics we build on vendors that sign Business Associate Agreements, limit what is stored and control who can see it.

Can it make calls too, like reminders?

Yes, with your customers’ consent. In the US, AI-voice calls fall under the TCPA (FCC ruling, February 2024), so outbound reminders need prior consent, clear caller ID and an easy opt-out. We build all three in.

Is an AI receptionist worth it for a small business?

If you miss calls when you’re busy, closed or with a customer, usually yes: 78% of consumers say they have abandoned a business after an unanswered call (CallRail, 2025). Try the estimator above with your own numbers. If your volume doesn’t justify it, we’ll tell you on the call.

    Let’s talk

    Ready to answer every call?

Book a free 30-minute call. We’ll go through how your phones work today, map what an AI receptionist would handle and tell you what it would cost, with no obligation.
